Rue du Commerce

When Grenelle was a suburban village, the rue du Commerce was its primary major business street. Even though the Grenelle village has since 1860, been incorporated into Paris's 15th Arrondissment it still retains a genuine small town high street feel.

The street starts at La Motte-Picquet Grenelle and ends at St John the Baptist Church 675 metres later.

The rue du Commerce, a five minute walk from the apartment, is a welcome change to the crowded shopping centers in the Forum de Halles or elsewhere.
